Stores are operated by an independent shop using Pitchsyde's commerce software. Pitchsyde provides the technology that powers the storefront, checkout, and related tools. Pitchsyde is not the seller of the products unless expressly stated. The shop is the seller of record and is responsible for product listings, pricing, delivery, returns, and customer service.
Product information (images, descriptions, specs, pricing) is provided by the shop. While accuracy is expected, errors or omissions may occur. If a pricing or availability error is identified after you place an order, the shop may cancel and refund the order or contact you to confirm how you wish to proceed.
Taxes, delivery, and any fees are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely (e.g., card or mobile money) through Paystack. Pitchsyde does not store full card details. Your payment is for a purchase from the shop (the seller of record). You authorize charging the total amount shown at checkout.
If a technical error causes a successful charge without an order confirmation, you will be refunded the charged amount—nothing more.
The shop manages orders, packing, and delivery. Delivery fees are provided by the shop and may vary due to carrier delays, address issues, stock changes, or force majeure.
You're responsible for accurate delivery details and being available to receive the parcel or for arranging pickup where offered. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts caused by incorrect details or unavailability.
The shop sets and administers return and cancellation policies. Contact the shop directly to request a cancellation, return, or refund. Eligibility may depend on item condition and category (e.g., perishables, hygiene items, custom-made goods may be non-returnable).
Approved refunds are issued directly by the shop to your preferred payment method.
Title and risk of loss transfer per the shop's policy, typically when the item is handed to the carrier or delivered to your address. Inspect parcels upon receipt and document any visible damage with the carrier when possible.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact the shop promptly with your order reference and photos. Remedies (replacement, repair, return, refund) follow the shop policy and any applicable manufacturer warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, Pitchsyde is not liable for product performance, delivery delays, or shop actions. Pitchsyde's responsibility is limited to resolving confirmed platform errors (e.g., erroneous duplicate charges).
