Pitchsyde only supplies the online platform that lists events and sells tickets on behalf of independent hosts. We do not organise, operate, or guarantee any event. Always verify an event’s details before purchasing.

Ticket transactions are between you and the event host. Payments are processed securely through Paystack; Pitchsyde never stores your card data. For changes, cancellations, or refunds, contact the host directly.

If a platform error prevents your purchase or you do not receive a confirmation after successful payment, Pitchsyde will refund the amount you paid—nothing more. We are not responsible for event quality, schedule changes, or host cancellations.

If an event is marked as 18+, it is intended exclusively for adults. The host affirms that it contains no obscene material or pornography. Please ensure you meet the age requirement before purchasing tickets.
